At Certiway, we strive to provide professional certification, inspection, testing, and compliance consulting services. Due to the nature of these services, this Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all payments made for our services.
Service Engagement
Once a client confirms a project and payment is received, Certiway begins allocating resources, reviewing documentation, coordinating with relevant authorities, laboratories, certification bodies, or inspection agencies, and initiating project activities.
Cancellation Requests
Clients may request cancellation of services by submitting a written request. Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the stage of the project and work already completed.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds may be considered only if no substantial work has been initiated.
- Administrative fees, consultation fees, documentation review charges, testing fees, inspection fees, government fees, certification body fees, and third-party charges are generally non-refundable.
- Any work already completed prior to cancellation may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Approval Decisions
Certification approvals, inspection outcomes, testing results, and regulatory decisions are made by independent authorities, laboratories, certification bodies, or government agencies. Therefore, payments made to Certiway are not contingent upon approval outcomes and are generally non-refundable once services have commenced.
Processing of Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable period, typically within 7 to 15 business days.
Policy Changes
Certiway reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
