SABER is the official Saudi online conformity assessment platform that allows importers and local manufacturers to secure mandatory certifications for regulated consumer products. The system safeguards the market against non-compliant goods and ensures that products meet Saudi safety, quality, and health standards.
All products intended for sale in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia must be registered and certified through SABER. Without a valid Product Certificate of Conformity (PCoC) and Shipment Certificate of Conformity (SCoC), shipments may face rejection, import restrictions, or regulatory penalties.
